O?Leary, 66, has dedicated the past four decades of his life to football. He is known nationally for his biggest mistake and locally among some UCF fans as a source of the Knights? deficiencies.
However, an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at O?Leary reveals a more complicated figure. As he nears the end of his career, O?Leary remains as driven as ever. He?s not ready to step away from the game that has defined him for so long.
